Sean has supported the commercial management of multi-unit residential developments including schemes of over 100 residential units, highways projects delivered through framework agreements and high-value residential construction projects.
This experience provides a practical understanding of the commercial challenges that can arise on construction projects and how they can be managed effectively.
Sean is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and has experience assisting contractors and clients in understanding construction disputes.
Sean's experience spans several areas of construction including residential developments, highways projects and residential refurbishment and extension projects.
Commercial support has been provided across these sectors including estimating, valuations, variation management, cost control and final account negotiation.
These projects range from multi-unit residential developments to highways framework projects and high-value residential construction works.
